Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible.

  • You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier operations.
Delivery times may vary based on factors such as:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions

  • Carrier delays or high seasonal shipping volumes

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, DAPNEST cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the total order weight, and the courier’s current rates.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your local customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

If your tracking status does not update immediately, please rest assured — it will become active once your package is scanned by the local carrier.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

All prices displayed on dapnest.com are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include local duties or import taxes. Depending on your country’s regulations, additional charges may apply once your package arrives.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

  • For details regarding import costs in your region, please contact your local customs office.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
Due to strict processing schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been submitted.

DAPNEST is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order arrives in your country and the customer:

  • Refuses to accept the package, or

  • Fails to receive it after multiple delivery attempts,

we reserve the right to consider the package abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, DAPNEST is no longer responsible for the package. If your parcel is lost, missing, or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist you with relevant shipment details if needed.
